• Email and payment-related data when you purchase premium features via Paddle
• Voluntarily provided data (e.g. community wall display name, messages)

• Contract: processing necessary to deliver premium features you purchase

4. Paddle payments

Premium purchases are processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle collects payment and billing data according to its privacy policy. We receive limited transaction data to deliver your entitlement.

6. File tools

PDFs you upload to /tools/pdf/compress are processed in memory and a per-request temporary directory on our tools service, then deleted when the request finishes. We do not store the file, use it for editorial content, or train models on it.

7. Your rights

Under LGPD art. 18 you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, and consent withdrawal via privacidade@thedoxahub.com.

8. Retention

We retain data as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
