1. Overview
JOAO MATHEUS CARDOSO DIAS TECNOLOGIA DA INFORMACAO LTDA (The Doxa Hub) sells digital premium access and feature packs via Paddle.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal or by contacting support@thedoxahub.com. Cancellation stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period.
3. Refund window
If you are unsatisfied with a premium purchase, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@thedoxahub.com with your order details. Eligible refunds are processed through Paddle. Feature packs are non-refundable once the digital feature has been delivered or used.
4. Chargebacks
Unauthorized charge disputes should be raised with Paddle or your payment provider. Abuse of chargebacks may result in account suspension.
